Hello !

Finally exams are over! Hopefully can pass all subjects. Tomorrow there is no school. And finally, I can rest at home. Waiting for this day to come. Every Monday to Saturday, schooling. And Sunday, working. Don't have the time to rest. Tomorrow I got 1 day to rest and back to work on Saturday and Sunday.

Well, went to Grandlink today with Ain, Dina and Farhanah. Before meeting them, went to had KFC at West Mall with Kartono and Bernard Tan! lols. Then took MRT with them from Bukit Batok to City Hall. 54 minutes! haha.

Alright. Going to bed now! Goodnite!

Yeah, im on the road to recover. haha. Today, was my first paper of exam. Food Science and Hygiene paper. It was difficult. I studied last minute in the train. haha. Hopefully will pass. I don't want retake.

After exam, boon sent us home. Thanks! Now, gonna study for the next paper for tomorrow.

I won't be posting for these past few days. I am not feeling well. The pain in my stomach is unbearable. I wonder how long would I suffer this. I feel like going to the hospital but I am worried with my presentations and exam which is just next week. Hopefully, I will recover soon.

Just got back from school. I am so exhausted. Was in the kitchen for 10hours since morning. I stayed back to practice another time for my practical exam which is coming next Tuesday.

Reached school 45mins early today. haha. First was catering science. Then foods knowledge. kay, today my mind was blank during lessons. Not concentrating! haha.

Today Foods end late. But thanks chef for pushing his lessons to 2pm which was actually starts at 1:30pm as we don't have time to go for our lunch. Next was English. And we was like doing primary/secondary school work. haha.

School ends. Went to West Mall with Wilson, Irin, Wei Liang and Alex. Ate sushi .. haha. Very long never eat. All of us agree to fork out $20 each. But in the end, I ate the most! LOL.. Before we eat, I still told them that every plate counts money. So I won't eat much. But in the end, i ate the most. hahaa. Wasted $30 .. hais ...

Just got home at 9pm. so tired. tomorrow will be in school whole day for practical as I will be going twice practical to practice for my exam.

Got praises for my presentation. Yes! hehe. Well, for the next few practical, you will be seeing almost the same picture as I am going to cook this dish for my exam next Tuesday. So for the next few practicals, I will be practicing my dish.

Today school starts at 2:30pm. Almost late! Luckily got there on time. haha. Was perspiring all over when I reached. Was so rushing. After IS (practical), was already 7+pm. Today Boon accompanied me home! haha. As he was going to downtown. So Boon, now you know how tiring my journey is? haha. Everyday from home to school and from school to home. haha.

Just got back an hour ago. Tomorrow will be having theory whole day.... Confirm fall asleep .. Alright, gonna sleep already. :D

Hello !

Sorry for not posting for the past 1 week. Yeah, many things happened during that 1 week. I'm too tired or rather exhausted to post. Many projects to be rush as next week is the submission date. And we have about 3 projects to do? And yet, have to get ready for my friend's birthday present.

2 more weeks to exam. Next Tuesday is our practical exam. hais. I'm sooo tired. I was selected to help out in the Food Hotel Asia Competition. Need to sacrifice a lot of time. Went to school early in the morning but when I got home, is nearly midnight.

The 3 practicals that I posted below is my own creativity. Now, we have to do our own creativity. For example, my chef would give a spring chicken and in 2hours, you have to produce 2 portions of main course. Everyday have to brainstorm. Never mind, just bear with a few more weeks and then school holidays.

Alright, will post till here. Anyway, thanks my reader who have been supporting reading my blog even though I didn't post for the past 1 week. My apology.

Cooked poached fish today during practical. No taste one. haha. Practical end around 11:30am. Went to swimming with kartono after that as our next lesson starts at 2:30pm.

We swam till 1:15pm and changed to our formal wear. Boon bought chicken rice for us. Ate in class as we got no time to have our lunch. Had speech today. Quite ok for my speech. haha.

School dismiss at about 4pm. Was raining heavily. Took umbrella but still wet. haha. All of us shared the umbrella. I was with Shaun and he ran so fast while pushing me at the same time. I was wearing dress shoe and he was wearing canvas shoe. He can run but I can't.. haha.

Reached the MRT station, all of us were wet. Got home at 6pm today. Now, wanna go play Wii and then sleep. :D

Tomorrow is our AHC (Applcation of Host Communications) exam. Have to say speech again. Lots of clothing need to bring tomorrow. My formal wear, my chef uniform. hais.

Today school dismiss at 11:35am. I went to the new pasar geylang serai to search for clothing. Was searching the whole market and did not have the shirt I wanted. Went to joo chiat complex but it wasn't there too. Decided to went back to the market to search again as I thought that maybe I will miss out some stalls but, still the same result.

Maybe a few days later, going to Bugis to check it out. Hopefully have it. Alright, tomorrow's practical is Poached Rolled Fish. Wait and see for tomorrow's picture. haha
